    tasty breakfast
    friendly staff
    great location
    pricing confusion

Had a great time on our group trip! We explored the Harbour and had a blast at Hythe Pool. The breakfast was tasty and included, which was a nice surprise. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Just be prepared for some small rooms, it gets a bit cozy with bags around.

Had a hiccup with pricing upon arrival. We were quoted one price but asked to pay more. Just make sure to get a written quote beforehand to avoid confusion.

Arrived late, greeted warmly by the owner who was very helpful, even taking the time to share local dining options. The room was neat and directly met my needs with a comfortable bed and a kettle. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, offered as a cool box since I had to leave early. Convenient location close to the city center, making it easy to explore. a very relaxing stop before an early train departure.

    good breakfast

It was just a smart choice for a mini-vacation in Folkestone with good value for price. The breakfast was great, with lovely sausages and thick cut bacon that kept us fueled for the day. Parking can be tricky, so plan your arrival accordingly to find a spot.
